| Let me first say. I'm new to the site. Not new to the Z32, specifically the TT version. I've owned 2 to date, along with a 350, G35 and now a 370Z. Feedback requested: The TT market is very subjective in terms of resale value. I see a lot of cars that require extensive work and some are projects at best for some. Some have worked done, but undocumented and so on and so forth. However, sellers are asking, well above actual value based upon what I would say subjective value. Which is their right to so... Now I'm sure people place value on time/effort placed into the car and upgrades with regard to the various stages or levels of upgrade. How does that factor in? I get the condition of the car, along with mileage and overall look with regard to the condition that can be verified. Lastly, can anyone shed light on how these attributes relate to pricing. I get you are going to pay what you feel you're are willing to pay as a buyer. And the same applies to the owner who is going to sale for what they feel their car is worth. Any thoughts? Long winded... don't read too much into it.. Just asking feedback. I'm looking to buy and I've encountered numerous cars with numbers that don't match actual value or overall condition fore the price being asked. I will say though, I think the TT market is very robust.
